The functionality of shoes for indoor use, such as kindergarten or school shoes worn for a long period of time, has in the past not been deeply considered.
Following the results of long years of research, improvements were proposed, and shoes that supported the sound development of children’s feet – “Hoiku Shoes” – were completed. The shoes can even be utilized outdoors. We urge you to try them for yourself.

Features of Hoiku Shoes

Shoes are basically devices that help to protect feet, and support their movement.
When wearing them for long periods of time, shoes should provide basic functionality and comfort.

⚫︎ To prevent the feet from slipping forward, the shoe shape and Velcro hold the instep.

⚫︎ To stabilize the child’s steps, make the back part of the shoes firm and steady.

⚫︎ To prevent toe deformation in children, a wide-shaped shoe toe helps keep the movement of the toes free.

⚫︎ A flexible sole that supports the child’s movement allows for smooth walking.

2. Knock the heel on the ground to set the foot in the proper position.
